I read every email that comes in. If you spotted an error in a guide, have a model number or fix we should add, or want to flag a price range that’s gone stale, I want to know.

What works best:

  • Quote the page you’re writing about (URL or slug) so I can find it fast
  • If you’ve got photos of the disposal you’re working on, attach them, they help me figure out whether the guide actually addresses what you ran into
  • For corrections, the more specific the better. “The InSinkErator Badger 5 is 12.6 inches tall, not 12 inches” beats “I think one of the measurements is wrong”
  • For “this fix didn’t work for me”, tell me the make and model and what the symptom actually was. Sometimes the right answer is a different guide

I aim to reply within a few days. I’m one editor, not a help desk, so high-volume questions may take a bit longer.
